Flight testing flying objects with a high-altitude balloon

By dropping flying objects from great heights of approximately 45 km, the said objects being brought there with high-altitude balloons, the aero-dynamic/mechanical flight measurements are to be carried out in the ultrasonic range, transonic range, and subsonic range.
