摘要
A gear wheel is optoelectronically scanned in a coordinate measurement device. A computer evaluates the measurement signals by comparison with stored values. The right and left edges of the teeth are scanned photoelectrically at defined line intervals (Ax or Ay) starting from a reference point (PA) approximately lying on the circular section of an edge to be evaluated. The scanning covers the teeth from tip to base over a reference path equal to the tooth width. The measured values are stored in a computer and evaluated using desired reference edges defined according to ideal gear parameters. The evaluation involves rotation of the desired edges corresp. to the reference edge and derivation of gear parameters.
