The novel industrial products of the invention, which can be used in the fields of biochemistry, biology and medicine, are heparin complexes comprising at least one heparin molecule containing at least one nonionising radiation-emitting radioelement atom with a short life, such as Tc 99m or I 123. The method for producing them consists in combining with a basal solution of heparin, buffered to pH 6, an agent capable of reacting with the radioelement to form a new heparin complex (stannous derivative or combination with chloroglycoluril) and in fixing the said radioelement by reaction with the said complex.
