Device for a border allowing an evolutionary design of green spaces, landscaped terraces and shuttering for works made of concrete at ground level, with built-in ducts (water and various networks). The invention relates to a border having many uses, passage of pressurised water 4, and of various cables 5, guiding of the wheels of a lawnmower 10, etc. It consists of elements with hollow parts 4, 5, 6 connected by sealed sleeves and by metal pins.
