A wood-fired boiler with inverted flame, the subject of the invention, internally comprises a heat exchanger 4, which, due to its configuration, forms, from top to bottom, a distillation chamber 6 with the sides 7 inclined, which sides orient the live coals onto the horizontal burners 8, which heat exchanger 4 is extended at the lower part forming a combustion chamber 10 which encloses the flame detector, which combustion chamber 10 communicates with smoke ducts 14 which consist, partly, of the outer walls 15 of the heat exchanger 4.
