The invention relates to a system of construction comprising an arrangement in the form of an assembly of cast cellular concrete modules, which requires very little mortar. The first row of modules is masoned, whereas the erection of the walls does not involve any mortar or adhesive for assembly. Modules for windowsills, opening reveals, doors or French windows are all assembled without mortar, and this remains true until the modules forming the anchorage, which receives the reinforced concrete. A row of modules acting as fascia and as inferior purlin is laid and masoned in order to receives the masoned border tiles. A dampproof system is provided for the assembly, thus guaranteeing a sound construction. This method of construction enables an individual to assemble his/her house by himself/herself. IMAGE
