The subject of the invention is a method and devices for measuring the fluctuations in the static pressure and/or in the modulus of the velocity within a turbulent flow. A device according to the invention for measuring the fluctuations in the static pressure comprises an external tube 5 of small diameter, whose front end is open and whose axis is substantially parallel to the general direction V of the flow. It comprises a total pressure sensor 6, placed inside the said tube, preferably a sensor composed of a capillary tube 7, which is connected onto a source of fluid at a constant pressure and whose front end is open and carries a hot wire or film 8 disposed across this end. It finally comprises a velocity sensor consisting of a hot wire 1 whose shape is that of a flat, open circular ring 1 which is placed in proximity to the front end of the external tube.
