PURPOSE:To certainly and inexpensively treat highly conc. waste water formed from a process using the system of flocculation-precipitation waste water disposal, by directly supplying conc. liquid waste to a dehydrator without circulating it to a treating step in a precipitation tank, and performing dehydration therein. CONSTITUTION:Highly concentrated liquid waste F formed from a process is received in a conc. liquid waste tank 10 and poured through piping 12 into sludge-transferring piping 13 by a quantitative injection pump 11. A pump 8 and the pump 11 are conjointly moved with each other at need, to adjust the flow amounts of sludge E and the conc. liquid waste F to a fixed ratio. The sludge E and the conc. liquid waste are mixed together at the junction of the pipings 12, 13 and dehydrated by a dehydrator 9. In the treating system of this kind, the conc. liquid waste F is dehydrated by the same dehydrator 9 as one for the sludge E. In the dehydrator 9, the conc. liquid waste F is filtered by sludge adherent onto the entire surface of a dehydrating part comprising a filter under a more concentrated condition than that of the conc. sludge E in a sludge thickener 7.
