HEATING DEVICE FOR COAL-OIL MIXTURE FUEL

PURPOSE:To make temperature of a coal-oil mixture fuel (COM) uniform from emergency stop to reoperation and completion of heavy oil replacement and keep the COM in a flowable state, by filling a liquid medium in a heater in the emergency stop of COM combustion device. CONSTITUTION:In emergency stop of a coal-oil mixture fuel (COM) combustion device, e.g. boiler, etc., a liquid heating medium, e.g. water, etc., is fed to fill the interior of a COM heater. Heating is carried out while controlling heating quantity of the liquid heating medium, e.g. output of an electric heater, etc., based on deviation of the flowable temperature of the COM and the detected temperature value of the COM using a heating means, e.g. heat transfer tubes, etc. Thereby the interior of the COM heater is kept at a temperature where the COM is flowable. Since the liquid heating medium is circulated by natural convection in the COM heater, the heating state for each heat transfer tube becomes uniform at all times.
