SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR COMBUSTOR TAIL CYLINDER OF GAS TURBINE

PURPOSE:To facilitate the cooling of a tail cylinder by forming the shape of a base member jointed into a combustor tail cylinder so that the side in the direction perpendicular to the shaft of the combustor tail cylinder long and the other side short. CONSTITUTION:A base member 13 is installed onto a combustor tail cylinder 3, and fixed onto a turbine casing through a bracket 14. As for the shape of the base member 13, the side (a) in the direction perpendicular to the shaft of the tail cylinder is made long, and the other side (b) is made short. Since the side (a) applied with a large load is made long, the area occupied by the base member 13 can be reduced. Therefore, the cooling of the tail cylinder 3 is facilitated.
