DRIVING CIRCUIT FOR STEPPING MOTOR AND MINUTE ANGLE DRIVING SYSTEM THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of driving elements and detecting circuits to realize drastic cost down, by a method wherein (n)-phase motor coils are connected annularly, while respective connecting points are connected to a driving circuit through current detecting resistors. CONSTITUTION:The motor coils A-E of a stepping motor are connected so as to obtain a pentagon interconnection. Respective connecting points are connected to motor coil control circuits M1-M5 through phase current detecting resistors R1-R5. The motor coil control circuits M1-M5 consist of circuits, in which each of two transistors Tr1 and Tr2,...Tr9 and Tr10 are connected in series, while respective connecting points of transistors are connected to phase current detecting resistors R1-R5. Total current is detected by a total current detecting resistor R6 thus, the transistor 1 is controlled to control the current.
