SLURRY STIRRING METHOD IN WET WASTE GAS DESULFURIZATION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a recirculation pump. from the mixing of air bubbles, by providing a baffle sleeve opened at the upper and lower ends thereof under the liquid level of a recirculation tank and forming a falling stream in the baffle sleeve by an upright type stirrer. CONSTITUTION:A baffle sleeve 14 opened at the upper and lower ends thereof is provided and, since a falling stream is formed in the baffle sleeve 14 by an upright type stirrer 8 and a rising stream is generated around the sleeve 14, effective stirring is performed in a recirculation tank 15. Further, a horizontal stirrer 7 is provided and air 6 is supplied in the vicinity thereof but a slurry is sufficiently stirred by the stirrers 7, 8 and the supplied air does not directly flow in the recirculation pump 2 by the presence of the baffle sleeve 14.
