PURPOSE:To store or read out relational data relating to a person's family by using data including a personal name as a key to retrieve a head file of the same family. CONSTITUTION:Reference data including a personal name or the like and relational data relating to the person's family are keyed from a keyboard 1 and respectively stored in a head data part in a heat file 10 and a relational data file 11 through an input data processing part 5 and a CPU 6. Prescribed relational data can be retrieved from the file 11 by using the reference data including the personal name or the like as a key. In addition, the accumulated data of each family can be obtained together with individual data in each family on the basis a various data stored in the file 11. Thus, the relational data relating to the person's family can be stored or read out.
