TROUBLE DIAGNOSTIC FOR STEAM TURBINE CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To monitor a control system all the time as well as to detect any trouble in its early stages, by comparing each signal of a stroke sensor in the turbine control system, a pressure sensor, but load and speed indicators of a generator with each specified characteristic inside a microcomputer, and displaying the deviation, if any. CONSTITUTION:In a turbine control system, there are provided with sensors 18-24, 33, 35, 41-43 for various stroke detection use, and sensors 25, 34, 36 and 44, as well as a load indicator 68 and a speed indicator 69 of a generator, and each signal out of these sensors is inputted into a microcomputer 66. And, these signals are compared with each specified characteristic of respective signals prestored in this microcomputer 66, and if a deviation occurs there, it is displayed on a display device 67. With this constitution, any trouble is detectable in its early stages.
