摘要

NEW MATERIAL:A pyridylpyrimidine derivative shown by formula I (R1 is lower alkyl R2 and R3 are H or methyl; n is 0-5; R4 is lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower haloalkyl or halogen; R5 is H or lower alkyl; R6 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkenyloxy or lower alkylthio) or a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2-(6-Methyl-2-pyridyl)-6-O-tolylpyrimidine. USE:Useful as a plant blight controller showing excellent effects on plant blights such as blast, helminthosporium leaf spot and sheath blight of rice plant. PREPARATION:A halopyrimidine derivative shown by formula II (X is halogen) is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (R6'' is lower alkoxy or lower alkenyloxy; Y is alkali metal) to give a compound shown by formula I.
