PURPOSE:To accurately feed of a constant quantity even with a stickingly increasing material or a bridgingly blocking material by providing a control gate so as to form a flow passage for a feeding material toward a feed roller. CONSTITUTION:Materials fed into a hopper 4 are discharged out of a discharge port 3 in order through a flow passage 11 which is set by a control gate 10 due to the rotation of a feed roller 9 via a rotary shaft 17. A discharge quantity is unitarily set by the adjustment of the opening of the flow passage 11 accompanying the adjustment of the control gate 10 and the regulation of the rotating speed of the feed roller 9. A pulley 16 is rotated due to the rotation of the rotary shaft 17 via a belt 19, to rotate chains 7 put around driving sprockets 13, 14, 15. The chain 7 travels in such a way that the chain part 7a on the side close to a slope face 6 is lifted up along the slope face 6, to scrape off materials with a sticking property or a bridge forming property which are deposited on both side faces and the slope face 6 of the hopper 4.
