CONSTRUCTION WORK OF UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL

PURPOSE:To construct reliable underground walls which can be used for long periods by a method in which channel materials are attached through partition plates to form preceding concrete panels, and the channel materials on the front and back ends are combined with each other. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bag cage 1 is set in an excavated pit and concrete is placed to form a preceding concrete panel 6. A reinforced bar cage 1 for forming a following concrete panel 7 is then set, and a channel material 3a attached with a water-proof sheet 5 is connected with the channel material 3b of the next element. The combined portion of them is cleaned and grout 8 is injected to integrate the panels 6 and 7. Since the concrete is isolated from the inadequate ground such as acid soil, etc., and protected from adverse influences of ground condition, thereby the deterioration of the concrete can be prevented.
