METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING VC VALUE OF CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To simply measure the consistency value of concrete with high accuracy, by receiving concrete not yet hardened in a container and lacing a press member on said concrete from above and imparting vibration to the container. CONSTITUTION:Concrete 1 is received in a container 2 and a press member 8 is placed on said concrete and, if necessary, a wt. 10 is placed thereon to apply predetermined load to the concrete 1. The concrete 1 is vibrated by the vibration of a vibration table 4 through the container 2 and the bleeding generating state from the concrete 1 is detected by sensors not shown in a drawing and the time before bleeding is detected by a predetermined number of the sensors is measured to be displayed on a display 16. Since this display time is set as the consistency of the concrete, there is no room generating an individual difference in reading, and simple and highly accurate measurement becomes possible.
