PURPOSE:To measure a load with high accuracy irrespective of temperature, by inserting and holding pressure sensitive conductive rubber by two pieces of plate materials, and constituting at least one of said plate materials, of a material which is deformed elastically by a temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:To the inside of plate materials 1a, 1b such as a plate spring, etc. Which are deformed elastically by a temperature variation, plate materials 2a, 2b whose linear expansion coefficient is larger than that of the plate materials 1a, 1b are stuck as one body, respectively and bimetal-shaped plate members 10a, 10b are constituted. The plate members 10a, 10b are fixed as one body through adhesive materials 3a, 3b which are interposed and provided in opposed side edge parts, and also, at a distance of a prescribed gap H, and also, in the center part of the gap H of the plate members 10a, 10b, pressure sensitive conductive rubber 4 is interposed and provided so as to contact the plate materials 2a, 2b. To the plate materials 1a, 1b, a resistance meter 5 is connected.
