PURPOSE:To conduct a general development works efficiently for a great river valley, by incorporating a workshop ship for dredging and concrete piling etc., a heavy machinery carrier ship equipped with cranes, a ship for supplying electric power, a ship with plant accomodations and a ship which guides the above ships and carries necessary materials. CONSTITUTION:A workshop ship 1 where such works as dredging and concrete piling are done, a heavy machinery carrier ship 2 equipped with cranes and carries such heavy machineries as civil engineering and agricultural machineries, a ship 3 equipped with power generators for supplying electric power for this whole unit and a ship 4 with plant accomodations are connected. Further to the fleet a transport and storage ship 5 is added which guides the fleet to the desired place and carries necessary materials for the unit, so that a general development of an under-developed region along a great river valley can be performed efficiently.
