PURPOSE:To facilitate sedimenting separation, by providing a float type intake port having sedimenting separation function and moving up and down with the up-and-down movement of a water level to the lower part of a tank. CONSTITUTION:Raw water pumped up from a waste water pit 15 by a submerged pump 14 passes through a check valve 12 and a chemicals injecting and stirring part 8 to generate and grow floc and is emitted to a sedimenting separation part 6. A float type intake port 36 having an intake port under the surface of water, a hose 5, a treated water take-out port 4 and a float switch 2 are provided to the upper part of a tank. When waste water is treated, a boundery line L1 successively moves upwardly to reach a line L2. A precipitate is taken-out by opening a drain port at a proper time by a timer and a floating substance is discharged from an overflow port 2 at a proper time.
