摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a reflection plate which reflects light irregularly by coating an electron radiation curing resin on a plate, then spraying glass beads to the coating and projecting electron rays thereto to cure the resin layer upon sinking of the beads into the resin layer by =1/3 the diameter thereof. CONSTITUTION:The acrylic electron radiation curing resin 2 is coated on the pottery plate 3 at 500-1,000mum thickness. The glass beads 1 having the diameter ranging 1,000-760mum are sprayed onto the coating and after the glass beads sink into the resin layer by =1/3 the diameter thereof, the electron rays are projected to said layer. The irregular reflection plate is thus produced.
