PURPOSE:To attain the highly accurate writing of servo information by comparing the phase differences of a reading waveform and an electric clock pulse in two positions in the vicinity of a gap in the reading waveform and deciding the writing and linking accuracy of a reference clock signal in the vicinity of the gap.
