WATER-FLOW TYPE THREE-WAY SELECTOR VALVE AND PRESSURE FILTER PROVIDED WITH THIS SELECTOR VALVE

PURPOSE:To make a changeover of stream directions performable with a water flow alone, by housing a ball-form valve body, being moved up and down by the water flow, in a three-way tubular box body consisting of both upper and lower flow passages and a central flow passage to be connected to the intermediate part, and setting up a valve seat in each end of these upper and lower flow passages. CONSTITUTION:A T-shaped tubular box body 1 connecting a relatively small diametral central flow passage 2 is installed in an intermediate part of both upper and lower flow passages 3 and 4, and a ball-form valve body 5 larger in diameter than this central flow passage 2 and little smaller in diameter than each of these upper and lower flow passage 3 and 4 is housed in this box body 1 as being shiftable by a water flow. This ball-form valve body 5 is made up of materials such as metal, plastics or the like being little larger than the specific gravity. And, in this box body 1, each of valve seats 6 and 7 is set up an and around each end of these upper and lower flow passages 3 and 4. These valve seats 6 and 7 are machined so as to enlarge its contact surface with the ball-form valve body 5, whereby contactability with the valve body 5 is made better. With this constitution, an automatic, momentary changeover in the stream direction is made performable.
