It is provided with means to lengthen and-or weight the wings by affixing extensions. The fixing may be by parallel narrow slots in the wings or in the extensions to permit inserting portions of the extensions or inserting wings in similar slots in the elements such that the elements are held in position by relative resilient deformation. The wings of the extensions may be provided with air entry openings, flow reversing chambers and outlet slots to produce a whistle sound during movement through the air.
