A wiper of the windscreen wiper (1) comprises a main yoke (3) having an attachment means (7) connecting to a wiper arm (9) and which is articulated to its ends to a secondary yoke (5) and a squeegee (2) supported by the secondary yokes (5), the main bracket (3) being provided with a sprung blade (10). The attachment means (7) of the main yoke (3) comprises two parallel side walls (11, 12) receiving therebetween a fastener of the wiper arm of the windscreen (9)
