A card has a base surface of background colour, and at the front in mirror image one or more numerical markings comprising seven segments of another colour and arranged in the shape of an 8. A clear transparent layer which can be written on extends at the front on top of the markings and base surface. Any desired number can be displayed by covering particular segments with ink of the background colour. The ink is pref. removable so that any display can be altered. The transparent layer is pref. PVC, the base is black and the other colour is white. The ink can pref. be applied with a felt pen or board marker. The rear surface of the base may carry a self-adhesive plastic film, fixing ink or a magnetic film.
