A lifter (2) is loosely placed within a casing forming a container, and functioning to vertically misplace a platform. The device includes a platform-supporting a bar (1) hinged to the lifter so that they can be folded against each other. The bar has a first hinged end part (3) provided with a screw threaded part (5). This accommodates a threaded rod (6) placeable with one of its two ends on the bottom of the container.
