Method for the destruction of Erwinia amylovora in plants.It includes the following Operations: (a) infected with Erwinia amylovora Phage Lisa to Erwinia amylovora in Growth medium to produce an enzyme, with the lysis over a period of several hours; (b) separation of the Enzyme in the growth medium; (c) to purify the Enzyme P Or Filtration, or ion Exchange Chromatography.The Purified enzyme has a Molecular Weight of approximately 21000 and optimal activity of despolimerasa to PH6 and 30jc. Application for the treatment of fire blight disease in plants.
