the present application relates to a process for the production by powder metallurgy of a material made of aluminum alloy, a solid lubricant, and at least one tile.;the process is characterized in that it uses a ceramic powder of particle size ranging between 1 and 10 mm.;it is used in the manufacture of parts subjected to friction, such as shirts and hot engine in order to obtain an optimum compromise between the main values of the coefficient of friction and resistance to galling and wear.
