Use of fatty polyols in the preparation of aqueous polyurethane dispersions

Polyols or polyol mixtures which can be prepared by ring opening of epoxidised fatty acid esters originating from natural fats and oils using aliphatic hydroxyl compounds having a functionality of from 1 to 10 are used to prepare aqueous polyurethane dispersions.
