The flow rates in the cooling circuits of the device can be regulated with the aid of a computer using ceramic rotary valves (K). The computer is connected to the central computer of the plastic injection molding machine. The valve body disks (52), which are in constant pressure via ceramic sealing surfaces on valve seat disks (53), can be rotated by means of pulse-controlled electric motors (stepper motors 44). Each of the fittings (F) has between its channel sections (13; 13 ') a valve channel (60) which is covered by the valve seat disk (53) to form the valve chamber (59). This ensures that the deviations from the target temperature in the temperature-critical areas can be significantly reduced with a reasonable technical effort. The temperature constancy achieved can be maintained almost indefinitely without any significant maintenance work (FIG. 4).
