The implant consists of a body (1) in the form of a disc bulged outwards at its central part (2) and comprising an internal hollow volume (3) connected to a catheter (4), the said body (1) being provided on its periphery with fixation perforations (15) and being surmounted by an essentially cylindrical tube (6) passing through the cutaneous wall (11). According to the invention, the tube (6) is closed at its outer upper end by an interchangeable clip-on leakproofing cap (12), the said tube (6) being sealed by a plug (7') made of silicone-based material or the like and communicating with the said hollow volume (3) of the body (1), a sealing element (9) with an elastic peripheral lip (10) being interposed between the upper end (8) of the said tube (6) and the cutaneous wall (11), the said catheter (4) emerging laterally from the said body (1).
