The device described is used for moving an object in three coordinate directions and is characterized by a) a piezoelectric disk (5), cut in at least an approximately plane-parallel manner: b) an electrode arrangement (6, 7, 8, 17) located on the mutually parallel surfaces and provided with electrical connections (9, 10, 11, 18), with which three independently-controllable electrical fields can be regulated in the piezoelectrical disk (5); c) a fork-like clamping device (1, 2) surrounding the piezoelectric disk (5)in at least three mutually symmetrical pressure points (13, 14, 15, 16) on the peripheral surface, which is electrically insulated in relation to the electrode arrangement (6, 7, 8, 17) in such a way that, d) one of the electrodes (8) is located in the open part of the fork-like clamping device (1, 2); whereby b) the object to be positioned (19) is electrically insulated on an electrode surface (17) in the region of the field of this electrode (8).
