The controller for controlling the oil pressure unit comprises motor controllers (22,23), a selection switch (24) for selecting working or moving state of the machine, a joystick (25) for controlling the moving state, solenoids (26-29) for controlling the wheel driving oil pressure controlled by the joystick (25), a joystick (30) for controlling the boom, solenoids (31-34) for controlling the boom driving oil pressure controlled by the joystick (30), a joystick (35) for controlling the arm, solenoids (36,37) for controlling the oil pressure for moving the arms controlled by the joystick (35), a driving unit (38) for head drill, and a solenoid (40) for driving the drain valve providing the oil pressure during moving or working time.
