Method for producing an otoplasty with anatomic sound channel guidance

In this method, a sound channel model optimally adapted to the anatomic situation is prefabricated, embedded in the casting mould individually made and removed again from the otoplasty after curing the otoplasty made with the aid of the casting mould. This avoids kinks and streaks which unavoidably occur when the sound channel is drilled or milled into the otoplasty. It is possible to have a sound radiation which is optimally directed towards the eardrum.
