For the recultivation of dumps, sandpits, quarries, embankments, earth banks and landfills of the most varied type, a covering material is proposed which comprises a homogeneous mixture of fly ash and coarse ash from the bituminous coal furnaces and brown coal furnaces and of decarbonisation residue (sludge) of the cooling tower make-up water treatment of power stations.
