The error-free determination of direction-finding angles in accordance with the Watson-Watt principle by means of circular arrays of directional antennas is dependent on the directional antenna polar diagrams precisely satisfying specific conditions. However, corresponding measures on the directional antennas in practice always lead to the creation of side lobes which corrupt the direction-finding result. Methods are specified according to the invention which render ineffective interfering receptions by side lobes of the polar diagrams for direction-finding indication. IMAGE
