Arrangement for representation of organic aliphatic structural formulae, especially of chain molecules of fatty chemical compounds, with briquettes that are equipped with chemical symbols and can be laid together. The briquettes, which are made of cardboard, must be joined together into rectangularly limited, continuous, single- or multi-row figures arranged parallel or perpendicular to each other. Each briquette exhibits at least on one side at least one rhombus-like point (1) or recess (2) and at least one additional rhombus-like point (3) or recess (4), or, instead of the latter, a rectangular limitation (5), and is labelled with a single atom or a group of atoms as well as with valency bonds represented as short lines. The lines, which represent free valencies, end at the side edges of the briquettes exhibiting points (1, 3) or recesses (2, 4). IMAGE
