The method comprises the following operations: filling the sealed tank (1) with hydraulic fluid; vacuumizing the bladder (2) to separate air, water content and volatile substances from said hydraulic fluid; vacuumizing the top space of said sealed tank (1) and the bladder (2) simultaneously in order to exhaust said air, water and volatile substances out of said tank (1); and gradually pressurizing said bladder (2) until a desired operating pressure in the tank (1) is reached.
