摘要

Under some circumstances, water can penetrate into the hollow rebate spaces (103), remaining between the rebates of the glass sections (12), of the roof or of the facade. Up until now, this water has been channelled away, if need be, by outwardly directed openings. In the case of roofs with a gentle inclination, additional water can, however, penetrate through these openings. According to the invention, the rebate spaces (103) are drained via lines (104, 5) on the inner side of the plane of the glass, the invention preferably providing that the said lines, just as the rebate spaces (103), are closed off in an essentially air-tight manner with respect to the inner side of the plane of the glass and communicate with the outer side of said plane, with the result that the same air pressure prevails in the said lines and in the rebate spaces (103) as on the outer side of the plane of the glass. Consequently, an otherwise possible pumping action in the region of leakage points on the outer-side seals of the glass section (12) as a result of air-pressure differences is avoided. IMAGE
