Loader for automatic weapon magazines of high capacity, making it possible to insert easily the cartridges onto the conveyor located inside until they are completely full. This loader comprises a pusher 2 and a support seat 5, 20 which can slide towards each other on a rigid profile l by means of a piston 7, 17, 18 with a return spring 10 actuated manually or mechanically, by a rectilinear vertical pressure, on its top 16. Each pressure exerted makes the pusher 2 penetrate between the lips of the magazine held against the loader and drives in its conveyor, which then makes it possible to insert a new cartridge on the latter.
