The subject of the invention is a transmitter, receiver, charger assembly allowing an athlete to maintain permanent contact with his trainer while performing. The transmitter, receiver, charger assembly allows an athlete to maintain permanent contact with his trainer while at work; the said apparatuses 1 being waterproof and shock proof, the electronic circuits are embedded in a flexible resin affording excellent resistance to shocks in addition to complete waterproofing. The contacts are magnetic and protected from any inadvertent triggering. The transmitter and the receiver 1 use one or more flexible-blade inverters which act together with corresponding magnets arranged in an operating button or along the body of the apparatuses 1 in order automatically to invert the circuits for charging the apparatus 1 and/or for the circuit of the internal or external antenna. The invention allows an athlete to maintain permanent contact with his trainer while performing. IMAGE
