The subject of the invention is a prophylactic brief of the normal female or male shape. This prophylactic brief includes a complementary element of elongate shape for the male or female prophylactic brief, such as to allow penetration. It can be re-used several times by the same individual (man or woman). There may be variant embodiments. It is the combination of an article of clothing forming a brief with a pocket emerging in the slip, which can correspond substantially to the shape of the genital organ.
