Mechanism for isostatic linking, with fourfold links, between a plane surface and a skew surface, including: a frame 2 in the shape of a parallelogram integral with the skew surface; four first articulations 4 with two degrees of rotational freedom located at the corners of the frame 2 so as to connect the sides 3 together in pairs, these rotational freedoms being provided about an axis which is coaxial, to the two sides adjacent to each first articulation or is close to and parallel to the latter; and four second articulations 7 with one degree of rotational freedom and one degree of axial translational freedom located at the respective middles of the sides 3 and integral with the plane surface 8, this rotational freedom being provided about an axis parallel to the two sides framing the side supporting each second articulation; the first articulations or the second articulations further possessing an additional degree of axial translational freedom.
