The greenhouse comprises a base slab (1) supporting four side walls and a roof. The wall and roof panels are formed by rectangular frames of U-section wooden bars (11), which support panels (16) of transparent or translucent plastics. The panels are formed by two main sheets (17,18) which are connected by perpendicular transverse flanges (19) to form a series of internal channels.
