Use of micronised and dried wood as agent for improving the characteristics of paper pulps, papers, cardboards and wood particle boards

Use of micronised wood as agent for improving the physical characteristics of paper pulps, papers, cardboards and particle boards. The invention relates to the use of a type of micronised treated wood powder ending with a product characterised by: - its particle size, - its specific surface, - its hemicellulose content, - the degree of polymerisation of the cellulose of which it consists, - its content of matter extracted from wood, such as lignin, - its water content. The finished product exhibits a high surface energy making it possible to obtain good interfibre bonding during the manufacture of paper pulps, papers, cardboards and particle boards, thus improving the physical characteristics of these finished materials.
