PURPOSE:To obtain the titled rubber, having improved heat resistance and oil, weather resistance, etc., and useful as industrial belts, etc., by hydrogenating butadiene parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber prepared by binding a specific vinyl based deterioration inhibitor as the third component thereto. CONSTITUTION:The aimed rubber obtained by copolymerizing 100wt.% rubber component consisting of 45-80wt.% butadiene and 20-55wt.% acrylonitrile with 0.1-10wt.% vinyl based deterioration inhibitor containing anilinophenyl skeletons in the molecule {e.g. a compound expressed by formula I or II [R1 and R2 are H, Cl, Br or 1-12C alkyl; R3 is H or 1-4C alkyl; R4 is H, 1-4C alkyl or 6-12C aryl; X is a group expressed by formula III (R5 is H or 1-4C alkyl), etc.; Y is -N=CH-, etc.]} and hydrogenating =70wt.% carbon-carbon double bond parts of the resultant multielement based copolymer. Furthermore, carbon black, a vulcanizing agent or vulcanization accelerator is blended with the afore-mentioned rubber to provide a vulcanized rubber composition.
