PURPOSE:To realize an accurate torque control having a robing characteristic by cancelling variations in parameters, such as primary, secondary winding resistances of an induction motor. CONSTITUTION:Primary currents iu, iv of an induction motor are d/q converted by a 3-phase/2-phase converter 10 to currents ids, iqs. An integrator 211 time- integrates it, a multiplier 212 calculates voltage commands vds, vqs to obtain a magnetic flux energy. Thus, an influence of a variation in the primary winding resistance is eliminated. A magnetic flux controller 24 generates a magnetic flux correction coefficient K regarding the secondary winding resistance from the magnetic flux energy and a magnetic flux command psidr. Thus, the influence of the variation in the secondary winding resistance is removed.
