4-COLOR SIMULTANEOUS PUNCHER FOR PLATE MAKING

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and accuracy by providing a puncher which bores punch holes simultaneously on 4 plates of a sepn. negative film. CONSTITUTION:The sepn. film 40 subjected to a color sepn. by a scanner is placed on an x-axis movable puncher table 2 and is registered by magnifying scopes 12 for registration by which the film is paralleled. The film is then fixed by means of fixing bars onto a magnet table 6 for tight contact of the film. After the positions to be punched are confirmed, the film 40 is moved by a moving switch 13 to said positions and the punch holes are bored by a punching lever 10. The film is, therefore, punched with the punch holes in the registered state of 4 colors. A man's need for visual registration in the mounting operation for retouch is thereby eliminated and the registration of the 4 plates is efficiently and accurately executed.
